As Operations Director, Rachel has worked alongside Matt for the last 8 years, working towards building the infrastructure of the business to deliver the highest possible standards of service for clients and supporting the long term business strategy. Rachel leads the Adviser and Senior Management Team, where she is always relied upon to provide second to none technical knowledge to our Advisers, support staff and clients.

Clients also benefit from the extensive life and work experience Rachel brings, with over 23 years in people and project management from a breadth of sectors including Finance, Insurance, Utilities and Charity. Rachel has been Diploma Qualified in Financial Planning for many years and is currently undertaking her Chartered exams.  Rachel is known for her no nonsense and unstuffy approach with colleagues and clients and is driven by her love of investing time in helping others.
